ENFAGROW AII MINDPRO 14 DAYS MONEY BACK CAMPAIGN CAMPAIGN

By participating in Enfagrow AII MindPro 14 days Money Back Campaign Campaign,  I (“Claimant”) hereby confirmed that I have read, acknowledged my understanding and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Mead Johnson Nutrition (M) Sdn Bhd (“MJN”) is the organiser of the Enfagrow AII MindPro 14 days Money Back Campaign Program (Campaign’’). This Campaign starts on 15th May 2021, 00:00hr and ends on 31st July 2021, 23:59hr  (“Campaign Period”). All request for refunds will be valid from 15th May 2021, 00:00hr and ends on 31st July 2021, 23:59hr. However, all Proof of Purchase must be within the Campaign Period.

  2. This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees and immediate family members of MJN, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a Claimant). Immediate family members refer to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings.

  3. MJN reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions or if MJN is of the view that the Claimant fails to satisfy any of the criteria set out in these Term and Conditions.

 

ELIGIBLE PRODUCT(S)

  1. This Campaign applies to purchases made between 15th May 2021 and 31st July 2021 ONLY for the following products (“Eligible Products”):

(a) Enfagrow AII MindPro 440g 1-3 years old

(b)  Enfagrow AII MindPro 1.1kg 1-3 years old

 

CLAIM PROCESS

  1. To claim under the Campaign, you must:

1.1 Claimant to submit refund request to MJN Money Back Campaign program official whatsapp number (+6017-352 4911) within 14 days of the date Claimant purchased the qualified product(s).

1.2 Claimant must provide the operator with a valid tax invoice that clearly identifies the price you paid for the Product (Proof of Purchase) & information requested as below: (a) Name, (b) Identification Number, (c) Address for product pick up, (d) Date & Store of purchase, (e) Reason of refund, (f) Bank account details for refund

1.3 Return the Product based on the delivery instructions provided to Claimant. If Claimant chooses to use another method, Claimant will bear the cost of returning the Product.

 

PARTICIPATING BUSINESS PARTNERS

  1. This Campaign applies to the Eligible Products purchased from MJN Official Retail Partners both online and in-store for Enfagrow AII MindPro in the territory subject to verification by MJN and/or its partners, representatives or agents.

  2. The Campaign does not apply to Products purchased from sellers outside of Malaysia whether offline or online.

  3. Each request for refund must be submitted with a valid receipt (“Proof of Purchase”).

  4. One (1) individual (per one (1) Mykad number & per phone number) is entitled to ONE (1) claim for refund during the Campaign Period. Refund value per claim will be capped at not more than RM150 per refund or purchase value of the Eligible Products, whichever is lower.

  5. Every request for refund will only be processed based on the following criteria: (a) Valid Proof of Purchase. Product must be purchased during the Campaign Period, (b) Reason for Refund must be completed and only product related reasons will be accepted, (c) Product with remaining product fill & outer box being be returned to appointed delivery partner.

  6. The refund amount will be based on value paid for Eligible Product(s) and cannot be transferred, exchanged for any other product, or claimed at point of purchase. The refund amount will also be deductible from the value of any promotion vouchers, stated retail value of gift-with-purchase that consumer enjoyed at the point of purchase.

  7. MJN reserves the right to verify or reject the reason of refund or request further evidence to substantiate the reason for the refund.

 

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Upon verification, the refund amount based on the purchase price of the product will be credited to Claimant via Online Bank Transfer based on personal details provided by the Claimant. It is the responsibility of the Claimant to provide a correct and valid bank name and bank account numbers. The MJN shall not be liable if the particulars provided by the Claimant are found to be incorrect.

  2. All refunds will be processed within sixty (60) days after the expiry of the Campaign Period ended.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. MJN’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign is final. MJN reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Campaign at any time with prior notice. In the event the MJN decides to discontinue the Campaign, the MJN will still process claims made before that date of such discontinuation and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.

  2. The selected Claimant eligible for refunds will be contacted three (3) maximum times only. If any selected Claimant cannot be contacted, all unclaimed refunds will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

  3. Claims for refunds are non-transferable.

  4. Entries will be disqualified if (including but not limited to),-  MJN discovers that one same receipt is being submitted for different entries; entries that are incomplete, defective, unreadable, late, and without proper Proof of Purchase or inadequate Proof of Purchase. Proof of delivery and submission is not proof of receipt. The MJN reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

  5. The MJN may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein with any prior notice. All decisions relating to this Campaign is final and binding on all Participants of this Campaign, and no correspondence will be entertained.

  6. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, MJN (including its respective officers, employees and agents)  are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the MJN’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the MJN) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the  Campaign is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the MJN; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) use of the prize.

  7. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner be required to sign and return to MJN any legal documentation in the form required by the MJN and/or appointed delivery partner in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

  8. The MJN collects personal information in order to conduct this Campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Malaysia), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Malaysian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.  MJN may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the MJN. All submissions become the property of the MJN.

  9. MJN is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Campaign.
